Naturopath Elena Svitko told how wine and beer can have a positive effect on the body.
“I’ll make a reservation right away that drinking alcohol in any amount is contraindicated for pregnant, lactating, people with diseases of the heart and blood vessels, as well as the gastrointestinal tract,” says Svitko. – For the rest, a safe dose of alcohol is 40 grams of ethanol for men and 20 for women. That is, no more than 250-350 milliliters of wine and 500-800 milliliters of beer per day. For women, twice as much. But this is an extreme measure. It’s best not to get to her.”
Hops are the main ingredient in beer. This plant is a champion in natural estrogen – the main female hormone. Therefore, it is undesirable for men to drink beer, but for women, hops can solve many hormonal problems: normalize the menstrual cycle, improve skin quality, and even get rid of infertility.
“Moreover, the so-called psychological, when the problem of not getting pregnant is caused by anxiety and obsession – after all, hops are also a sedative,” explains the naturopath. “In addition, it has pronounced bactericidal properties and has a choleretic effect.”
Barley and rye are no less useful components of beer: they are rich in B vitamins, and the quality of hair, nails and skin depends on them.
“In addition, beer contains a lot of potassium – more than 500 milligrams per liter, which causes its pronounced diuretic effect. And this is a good prevention of the formation of kidney stones, says Svitko. – Wine, as a derivative of grapes, is a concentrate of vitamins and minerals, as well as antioxidants. It improves the functioning of the circulatory system, works both as an energy drink and as an antidepressant, and also improves metabolism – which means it prevents the appearance of extra centimeters.
Svitko also advises using beer as a detergent.
“Beer is an alkaline drink, so combined with baking soda, it can be an alternative to chemical cleaners for kitchen utensils,” says naturopath Elena Svitko. – To do this, mix 1 tablespoon of soda and 200-250 milliliters of beer.
And wine, thanks to the concentrate of vegetable sugars, is an excellent resuscitator for fading flowers. To do this, leave the bouquet for several hours in warm water, to which add 1 tablespoon of spoonful and white sugar.
