Read Time:38 Second
The Jammu and Kashmir administration has taken a major decision in Unlock 3 and has instructed all religious places in Jammu and Kashmir to be opened from August 16. The Mata Vaishno Devi temple in Jammu was closed to devotees after the outbreak of coronavirus. All religious places in Jammu and Kashmir were closed since March 18.
However, the government directive does not have any separate direction to start the yatra of Mata Vaishno Devi. Sources are aware that the visit of Mata Vaishno Devi will be started with a limited number of devotees from August 16. Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, which conducts the yatra, will issue guidelines separately.
