New Delhi. Union Health Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan has said about corona that we hope that by Diwali we will control the corona epidemic to a great extent. Dr. Harsh Vardhan said that we hope to be able to prevent the spread of corona infection in the next few months, possibly by Diwali. Speaking at a web seminar, the health minister said that this virus has taught us that something new will happen now, but it will be normal, we need to be more careful and vigilant about our lifestyle. Dr. Harsh Vardhan said that we sincerely hope that the coronavirus vaccine will be developed by the end of this year.

Vaccine to be received soon

The Union minister said that we are not lagging behind any country in preparing the coronavirus vaccine. Seven to eight vaccines are being worked out in India. Out of these, three vaccines are in the clinical trial stage and we sincerely hope that by the end of this year we will get coronavirus vaccine. Let us say that the three corona vaccines that the health minister is talking about are Covaxin in the first place, which Bharat Biotech has prepared in collaboration with ICMR. The name of the second vaccine is Zykov-D, which has been prepared by Jaydus Cadila, while the third vaccine is Kovitiled, which has been jointly prepared by Oxford University and Serum Institute of India.

2.50 million corona cases worldwide

Let us say that corona cases in the country are increasing every day. India has joined the top 3 countries in the world with the highest number of corona cases and most of the people died from the corona. In India, 60 thousand people have been killed so far from Corona. While more than 35 lakh people have been affected by the coronavirus. While the total corona cases have crossed 2.50 crore worldwide, nearly 8.4 million people have lost their lives due to the epidemic.

Ever-increasing cases

The World Health Organization has informed that the number of people infected with coronavirus has been 5 times as compared to those affected by a serious influenza-like disease every year in the world. In the UNITED States, 59 lakh cases have been reported and 1, 82761 people have died. But, in China, responsible for spreading the corona in the world, there was a 14th consecutive day on Sunday where not a single local infection was reported. The 9 new cases that have come up have come from outside. This claim has been made by the National Health Commission there. Earlier, there were 13 consecutive days in China when not a single corona case was noticed. This is between May 24 and June 5. It may be recalled that despite the virus being launched in China 9 months ago, the infection figure has reached 85,031 so far and the death figures are also very low, i.e., 4,634.
