Reliance Infra Completes Sale Of Delhi-Agra Toll Road For Rs 3,600 Crore

Reliance Infra said on Friday that it has completed the process of selling the Delhi-Agra (DA) Toll Road Cube Highway and infrastructure for Rs 3,600 crore. Reliance Infrastructure Limited told the stock exchange that it has sold its 100 percent stake in DA Toll Road to Cube Highway and infrastructure for more than Rs 3,600 crore.

The deal was announced by Reliance Infra and Cube Highway in March 2019 and the two companies signed a definite binding agreement.

Reliance Infra said that the entire amount received from this sale will be used to repay the loan. Reliance Infra has reduced its total liabilities by 20 percent from Rs. 17,500 crore to Rs. 14,000 crore.

NCC gets Rs 8,980 crore order in December

Infrastructure company NCC said on Friday that it has received 15 new orders worth Rs 8,980 crore from government agencies in December. The information given to the stock exchange states that NCC has received 15 new government contracts during December 2020 worth a total of Rs.

The company said that all these new orders have been provided by the central/state government units and no internal orders have been included. The NCC shares on BSE jumped 3.90 percent to Rs 59.90.
