Guns N’ Roses will return to India after 13 years for a live concert in Mumbai. The American rock band, featuring Axl Rose (vocals, piano), Duff McKagan (bass), and Slash (lead guitar), will perform at Mahalaxmi Race Course on May 17, as part of their Asia tour. The announcement was made through their social media, where they wrote, “We’re coming to India! This is going to be special.”

According to a press release, general ticket sales for the Guns N’ Roses India 2025 Tour will open on March 19 at 4 pm IST. BookMyShow, India’s entertainment ticketing platform, will handle ticket bookings for the event.

The concert will take place at Mahalakshmi Racecourse in Mumbai. Kotak Mahindra Credit Card customers will have early access to tickets on March 17, Monday, from 12 pm IST. The general sale will begin on March 19, Wednesday, at 4 pm IST through BookMyShow. Currently, ticket prices on the platform start from Rs 4,499, but they may change once bookings open.

Each person can buy up to 10 tickets, and all categories are subject to availability. The event will be a standing-only show with different ticket categories, including ‘General Admission,’ ‘VIP,’ ‘Kotak Solitaire Lounge,’ and ‘Platinum Lounge.’

Fans expressed excitement over the band’s return. One fan commented, “Just when I thought nothing can top Green Day this year!!!” Another wrote, “2025 is the year!!!” Some also referenced their budget concerns, with a fan joking, “Still broke from Green Day.”

This will be Guns N’ Roses’ second performance in India, following their 2012 concert. The band consists of Axl Rose (vocals, piano), Duff McKagan (bass), and Slash (lead guitar). Fans can expect to hear some of their biggest hits, including Welcome to the Jungle, Sweet Child o’ Mine, November Rain, Paradise City, and Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door.
