At least 70 wounded, two killed after four rounds of Iranian attack slam Israel

MDA began treating victims at the scene. One 30-year-old man is in critical condition, a 45-year-old man is in critical condition, a 50-year-old woman is in moderate to severe condition, a 50-year-old man is in serious condition, and two others are in moderate condition, and the remaining were lightly wounded.
Deputy Director of the Ayalon Region at MDA, Paramedic Rami Musher and MDA paramedic Shimon Parash, said: “Immediately after the alarm, we received many calls on the 101 emergency line about a fall, near private homes. We arrived at the scene with large forces of ambulances and mobile intensive care units and noticed extensive destruction in several homes.

“Some of the victims were trapped in the rubble, and several victims were walking around the scene. A woman in her 60s was trapped in one of the buildings. She was rescued by us unconscious and in critical condition. Another man and woman were rescued with serious injuries to their bodies, and 18 others were treated in moderate to light condition. This is a difficult and complex scene, and we are still continuing to scan and ensure that there are no additional victims inside the buildings.”

Thank God we fell asleep in the safe room

“We heard a huge boom—the whole neighborhood shook,” said Daniel, whose home next door was gutted by the blast. “Thank God we had fallen asleep in the safe room after so many sirens; otherwise we’d be among the casualties.”

“Despite the damage, we’re strong—Am Yisrael Chai. Nothing will break us.”

Naor Nimni, another resident, told Walla he sheltered in a basement with his children and dog as the missile struck. “The power went out and everything around us is rubble. Cars on the street burned to cinders.”
Deputy-Cmdr. Lior Abudraham, head of Israel Police media division, said the force was “spread across multiple hard-hit scenes,” working alongside Fire and Rescue, the Home Front Command, ZAKA and Magen David Adom. “We are still in the rescue phase, but already moving to restore a semblance of routine,” he added.

Rishon Lezion Mayor Raz Kinstlich, whose city absorbed the strike, called the devastation “one of the worst scenes I’ve witnessed.” He said municipal teams were helping evacuate residents from basement apartments near the blast crater.
