World Heritage Day: No Entry Fee At ASI Monuments Today; Check List Of Places To Visit

World Heritage Day: The ministry stated that the step was taken to promote the Indian culture and heritage among the citizens. There are a total of 3,698 monuments and heritage sites under the protection of ASI, including the famous Taj Mahal, Qutub Minar, and ancient ruins of Nalanda University.

World Heritage Day: In a major relief to the tourists on World Heritage Day, the Ministry of Culture on Thursday announced that the travelers will not have to pay any entry fee at the monuments protected by the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) on April 18. The ministry stated that the step was taken to promote the Indian culture and heritage among the citizens.

There are a total of 3,698 monuments and heritage sites under the protection of ASI, including the famous Taj Mahal, Qutub Minar, and ancient ruins of Nalanda University.
