  • After the intent of the person is identified, the machine language is used to develop an accurate response. Over time, the AI can recognize which response can suit perfectly and thus improve the process of interaction.
  • Lastly, the NLU or the natural language generation develops the responses for the customer. This technology improves their understanding of human language and replies like a human being as much as possible.
