A small group of protestors gathered outside Washington hotel where Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is spending Shabbat, calling for the Israeli leader to secure the release of the remaining hostages in Gaza. While the protestors outside the Willard Hotel chanted “Complete the deal,” “Return the hostages,” and “End the war,” a counterdemonstration was taking place nearby, with several people carrying Palestinian flags.
The Al Jazeera footage showed everything. That child was the same age as my own son, and watching what happened to him shattered me. It was heartbreaking, unbearable to watch the kid calling on his mother, before he dies. The monsters who did this, these colonials are the worst of humanity. Their crimes are beyond justification, beyond forgiveness. At this level, Im very confident their reckoning will come one day. God will not forgive them. Again.
