RRB NTPC Fee Refund 2021: Big news for the candidates who have been given RRB NTPC Exam 2021. The process of application for refund of the prescribed fee for Non-Technical Popular Category (NTPC) Examination 2021 will be started from tomorrow, 11 August 2021 by the Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) of various zones across the country. The candidates who have appeared in the RRB NTPC exam conducted in seven phases and recently concluded, if they want to apply for a refund of the examination fee, they will be able to apply through the form to be made available on the website of the respective RRB of their zone. The last date for applications by the Railways has been fixed on August 31.
Candidates have to fill in bank account details
As per the update released by Railway Recruitment Board, “Candidates who appeared in RRB NTPC CBT-1 exam are advised to provide their bank account details for refund of the exam fee. Candidates are requested to ensure that the Bank Account Number, Name, and IFSC Code entered is correct and check it carefully before submission. It may be noted that modification in bank details will not be possible after submission. Also, RRB said in the update that a help menu will also be activated on the application window to assist the candidates in case of any problem while filling the bank account details online.
Refund of Examination Fee Rs 400
Let us inform you that Railway Recruitment Board had issued a notification (No. CEN 01/2019) for recruitment to 35,277 Group C posts at the beginning of the year 2019. The computer-based examination was conducted in seven phases for lakhs of candidates who applied for these posts. The seventh phase ended on 31 July 2021. An examination fee of Rs 500 was charged from the candidates at the time of application. However, Rs 400 will be refunded by RRB after the first stage examination.
