The fire took place on Saturday at Ibn Al Khatib Hospital in Diyala Bridge area.

People jumped out of the window to save their lives

An eyewitness told that the patient and his teammate were jumping out of the window to save their lives. The fire was spreading so fast, like it grows after being put in oil. All the patients injured in the fire have been admitted to other hospitals. Iraq’s Human Rights Commission has tweeted that there were 28 patients who were on ventilator. The Health Ministry says that two hundred people were taken out of the hospital in the fire.
