The decision on the bail plea of ​​environmental activist Disha Ravi, arrested in the Toolkit case, was reserved by Delhi’s Patiala House Court till Tuesday, 23 February. On the other hand, the police on Friday told a court in Patiala House amid high security that Ravi is not cooperating in the questioning of the alleged direction of conspiring to defame India internationally in the name of opposition to agricultural laws. Apart from this, the conspiracy co-accused Nikita is blaming Jacob and Shantanu Muluk for the entire incident. The police requested the court to extend the police custody of Disha Ravi by three more days as it has given a notice to co-accused Shantanu, who will be involved in the investigation on February 22, after which both will be confronted.

The court accepted the plea of ​​the police and allowed the direction to be kept in police remand for three days. Actually, Disha’s five-day remand ended on Friday due to which she was produced in the court.
Police told the court that during interrogation, Disha has blamed Nikita and Shantanu for the whole conspiracy, so it is very important to bring all the accused in front of each other and interrogate them.

Disha was arrested by the police from Bengaluru on 13 February. Disha is involved in an international conspiracy to discredit India in the name of opposition to agricultural laws. He prepared a document through the Internet media to help Khalistani terrorist organizations, which outlined the entire plan to defame India, besides the names of those who were helping to carry out the conspiracy. . Disha was associated with the editing of this document i.e. toolkit as well as broadcasting. Disha gave this toolkit to Greta Thunberg and Thanberg accidentally made the toolkit public, exposing the entire conspiracy.
