During the High Court hearing, on behalf of the hospital, it was told that there was no supply of oxygen for more than an hour, due to which 8 corona patients died. The doctor is among those who died. There are 307 patients admitted to the hospital. Of these, 230 are on oxygen support. After some time, Dr. SCL Gupta, MD of Batra Hospital informed a TV channel about the death of 12 people.

The High Court has directed the Center that 490 MT of oxygen should be reached today under any circumstances. If this is not followed, the court can take contempt action.
