Delhi Capitals on Thursday announced a donation of Rs 1.5 crore to fight the Corona battle. He has donated the donation to NGOs for those affected by covid in Delhi-NCR. The funds will be used for other necessary medical facilities including oxygen cylinders. In Delhi, many people are in need of oxygen cylinders due to corona.
The second wave of the corona is currently going on all over India. Delhi Capitals wrote on Twitter that Delhi Capitals and its partners have provided financial assistance to NGOs working in NCR. It will be used for the procurement of essential medical supplies ranging from oxygen cylinders.

Earlier, IPL franchise Rajasthan Royals has donated Rs 7.5 crore to help those affected by corona. The franchise said in a statement that “Rajasthan Royals are happy to announce that covid relief has contributed Rs 7.5 crore to provide immediate help to the people affected in India by the Covid-19 virus.
Royal Rajasthan Foundation (RRF), a welfare body of Rajasthan Royals, is working closely with the British Asian Trust (BAT). There has been a significant increase in the cases of Covid-19 infection in India and on Wednesday, 3 lakh 79 thousand 257 new cases of infection were reported in the country, taking the total number of infection cases in the country to 18.3 76 lakh 524.
