More than 2 lakh people are coming in the grip of the Corona wave every day across the country. Many complain that even after RT-PCR testing, the corona report of their families is negative, the corona infection is being detected after a CT scan. However, in contrast, the Ministry of Health claims that a CT scan can detect all types of Corona variants in India.

The Ministry of Health said on Friday that the RT-PCR test does not fail to detect the UK, Africa, Brazil, or double mutant variants of Corona. However, contrary to the government’s claim, people on social media say that many times the corona infection is not being confirmed even in the RT-PCR test. According to some users on social media, in many cases, the corona is being confirmed only after a further CT scan.

Journalist Vikrant Yadav has written on Twitter that his mother had symptoms of corona, after which she was tested, but the report came negative in the RT-PCR test. He further wrote that when his health worsened, he took his mother to the Laker Hospital, but despite the Corona Negative Certificate, the hospital asked her to have a CT scan before treating her. His report in CT scan came positive, after which the hospital returned without treatment, saying that he had no beds.

At the same time, a user named Satish has written, ‘The condition of both my mother-in-law and Susan is critical. The RT-PCR test report of Mer Super is positive, while that of SaaS is negative. Corona is confirmed to the mother-in-law by a CT scan. Can’t find a bed for both, please help.

Another journalist, Anisha Bedi, tweeted for help, saying, ‘A friend’s 73-year-old aunt needs an ASU bed immediately, his oxygen level has steadily fallen to 63. His swab test is negative, but there are spots in the lungs.
