New York:- When we buy goods from the market, we immediately take it with us, but in online shopping, the delivery of goods takes place a few days later and the customer has to make a long-term delivery of his favorite goods. But now if the goods are purchased from Amazon, the delivery of goods will be made in just half an hour. The world’s richest man, Jeff Bejose’s company Amazon, has now been allowed to deliver goods from drones. The US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has now allowed the Amazon company to deliver the package from drones.
Delivery from drones to start soon
The Amazon company said after getting permission that it is an important step, but the company is now doing drone flight and other tests. However, the company did not say how long it would start the delivery through drones to customers. The giant has been using the supply of goods through drones for the past several years. The company’s CEO Jeff Bejose said in an interview in the year 2013 that the company will start the delivery through drones to customers in 5 years and now with the permission of the FAA, the company’s dream was also fulfilled.
Drones can carry up to £5 worth of luggage
The FAA has given part 135 air carrier certificate to Amazon. This will enable the company to use its prime air drones. At present, the company will have to provide proof of the safety of delivery and also show a trial once before the FAA. The company had told about an electric Hexagon drone in Los Vegas last year, which can carry up to 5 pounds of luggage.
It is noteworthy that Amazon is currently delivering a day’s delivery in many countries of the world. Amazon Part 135 is the third US company to receive an air carrier certificate. Earlier, Google’s parent company, Alphabet’s wing aviation, and UPS flight forward have received this certificate. But no company has so far started delivering drones. But Amazon is expected to start delivery from drones soon.
